A new workforce tool, every 30 days.
The workforce field produces enormous research and strategy — but too few lightweight tools that put those ideas to work. WhereWeGo Labs builds small, public, free tools for workers and institutions that need them.

Import any CIP, SOC, NAICS, or ONet code and return the right Career Cluster and Sub-Cluster from Advance CTE's National Career Clusters Framework. Using this Framework across different stages can bridge gaps between education and employment. It moves us from learning from a series of disconnected classes into a lifelong roadmap. We're big fans.

Review Training Programs
SoonThis tool is an opportunity for people to review and rate career training programs. It is built for those who attended, those who graduated, and those that do career advising and have observed people's experiences through the program. Many people are more confident to make a decision when they can see real reviews from real people, but it is incredibly rare to see reviews or ratings of individual training programs. These programs could be apprenticeships, associate's degrees, certifications or credentials, or even on-the-job training. At WhereWeGo, we believe that the voice of attendees is critical information and helps others make more informed decisions. People's real experiences matter and we'd like to make them easier to share and find. And yes, every entry will be entered into a sweepstakes for $1,000, and we will do the sweepstakes every month! You can help! Please send the program reviews tool to counselors, advisors, workers, and former students, and anyone who has a lived experience at a career training program.
Post-training Support Handout
SoonA tool for training providers to create a practical handoff guide for each graduate: documenting the skills and competencies they leave training with, and equipping workers with evidence-based questions to ask prospective employers about onboarding, mentorship, milestones, and other early-career supports linked to stronger first-year success.
Training Provider Pulse Survey
SoonAn empathetic pulse survey to understand the biggest challenges training providers are facing in 2026–2027, with a focus on enrollment, completion, job placement, and the changing expectations shaping how programs work.
Local Curriculum Alignment Studio
SoonA tool that helps training providers quickly assess how well their curriculum aligns with real local job opportunities and where small adjustments could improve that alignment. A provider uploads or pastes a job posting, and the tool: - Identifies the competencies a candidate would need to demonstrate to be competitive for the role, with emphasis on competencies that could reasonably be taught or reinforced in a training program. - Translates employer language into a consistent skills framework, including Durable Skills and relevant O*NET knowledge, skills, abilities, and work activities. - Flags requirements that may be weaker indicators for actual job performance, helping providers distinguish between asks. - Generates a menu of performance tasks providers could use to teach, practice, or assess one or more of the identified competencies. - Produces an editable prompt providers can take into their preferred LLM to adapt the analysis into lesson plans, assessments, projects, or other curriculum materials. The goal is not to redesign a program around every individual job posting. It is to give providers a fast, practical way to use local employer demand as an input into ongoing curriculum improvement
Salary Bumper
Soon"A tool that would enable a worker currently making $55k/year and seeking to make $70k enter their education level, experience, languages, physical mobility, etc. to see pathway possibilities specific to their geo with associated costs, specific training programs and timeline."
